Holy Cow! India’s Herpetofauna and More – Christopher Bednarski

Join frequent Arboretum lecturer Christopher Bednarski, Sr. Herpetologist from The Houston Zoo, for an evening of stunning photography and fascinating tales from Indian sub-continent. Learn about the flora and fauna from dime-sized frogs and dragon-like caterpillars to giant pythons and Asian elephants. Hear about his latest discoveries in the field and how cows are somehow the most dangerous part of hunting for king cobras. 


The event is hosted by the East Texas Herpetological Society, a 501c non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the natural history, ecology, conservation, and captive husbandry of reptiles and amphibians.
